INGREDIENTES

	Martini Bianco (Vermouth) 1 oz
	Vodka 2 oz
	Amargo de angostura de naranja 2 a 4 gotas
	Granadina 2 cucharaditas (cuchara de bar)

PREPARACION

1	Vaso chico con hielo
2	Mezclar ingredientes con cuchara
3	Zumo de naranja y cascara de limon amarillo

There are few drinks as iconic and with so many variations; the martini comes in all possible flavors. Here is an easy, excellent way to spice up the classic. Grenadine – which by the way is a good bottle to keep around the home bar as it can add a sweet redness to many drinks – and orange bitters give the martini a completely new taste and pink look.
